This enchanting blend can be used to make hot cocoa!! There are no milk solids or sugars in this blend!!! It does contain three of the best spices for you: cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne.
 
If you aren't a fan of hot cocoa this blend is an excellent addition to oatmeal! 
 
The 2.5 oz option is good for 2-3 cups of cocoa if you follow the recipe on the back. The 8.0 oz is good for 9-10 cups.
